Inevitably there are times when it is an advantage to delve more deeply into a patient's problem in order to make a more specific diagnosis, or clarify aspects of their therapeutic regime. This can lead to more accurately targeted treatment and faster resolution of the individual complaint ... and a significant reduction in the total cost of therapy and time off work!
